I have a hard time finding shoes because of my size. I mean shoes that look great on your feet and not like grandma shoes...lol. Right I'm having problems picking out the fight style me, cause you gave so many to pick from. I pick out the wrong size for me on a pair of shoes but justfab assure me that everything will be alright as long as I follow the instructions in a timely manner.

Bad quality and two of the same size zipper piece on the coat. On top; fairly sure the "gold earringA" are resin or plastic of some kind. The coat came with an interior rip, was sent with a shipper that doesn't actually try to deliver

I absolutely LOVE Just Fab. I have been a member for 10 yrs & don't plan on going anywhere. I love that they send me shoe options based on my likes & looks. I still have yet to come across anyone with the same exact shoes as me & I love that.

I bought a 3 peice black bag. It looked used and it wasn't packaged nicely which caused the bag to look bent. The straps were also missing.very disappointing..

So I don't write reviews, but I had to review this transaction. So I've been a member with Justfab since 2015/2016 and my entire closet is filled with their shoes. Never had an issue before until this transaction. I originally ordered my shoes on October 30, thinking they'll get here way before my birthday which happens to be November 22. Two weeks after placing my order I get an email saying its running late. Well picture this nothing came in the mail until I called the morning of my birthday. I was then informed by customer service that FedEx returned my order on November 8 and it's back in the warehouse of Justfab. Again, no email or call took place to inform me of this to inquire about the return that I NEVER SENT BACK DUE TO NEVER RECEIVING MY ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE!. I inquired from the supervisor whom I asked to speak with why Justfab was quick to take my money, but didn't have the common decency to call me or send an email making me aware of what took place with FedEx. OR giving me back my money and store credit back. Instead he proceeded to tell me well its past the 7 days allowed to ask about a return, but you can reorder the items again and we'll ship it out priority. I was so mad that the principal of doing great business is no longer the priority of any company in the 21st century. If I didn't call on the morning of my birthday I would've not received my shoes and justfab would've taken my $$ and store credit...and to salt to the injury only returned $2 back as my store credit. Based on this experience, they've lost a great and loyal customer.

Just fab does an excellent job getting the product to the consumer. I ordered 3 pairs of boots and I had them within a week! This is impressive considering some other sites take forever.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
