A month ago I made my purchases taking advantage of offers for Black Friday, this is the date and my package has not yet arrived, I sent emails to find out where the package was and no one gave me an answer and I called and they confirmed that they no longer had all the items from my request was disrespectful and no one should inform me or give me answers

I bought a pair of boots from this website while they were on sale about 3 weeks ago, I got the boots and everything was fine. That was my one and only purchase from JustFab. I checked my bank account today and seen they auto enrolled me into their VIP subscription program and charged my bank account $50 yesterday. They said with the sale they had going on for those boots, I "agreed" to subscribe for the VIP membership which is definitely untrue. So if you guys see any sales going on and you're not subscribed and don't want to be subscribed I would shop here with caution. When I spoke with an agent he said they would send me a refund but I won't even get proof that they're refunding me and the VIP subscription was canceled for another 24-48hrs. When I asked for the agent's name or ID to refer back to if I did not receive the money I was told that he could not give me that information.

I had things in my cart that I was trying to remove but the app would not delete them. I restarted the app, removed and re added the app, went to my account using the website and tried several times before I was able to get the items removed before placing my order. I had the same issue with my last order and ended up with two of the same item. Something needs to be done about the site so that the shopping experience isn't such a hassle.

Ordering from just fab is always easy, the packages arrive in a timely fashion and the shoes are great. These will be perfect for winter time in Mississippi where it doesn't snow but rains.

I had no doubt in my mind that I was going to love these boots when I ordered them. But when they arrived, which shipping was fast and efficient, I loved them even more. The suede material is so soft and they are so comfortable, they are in style and look cute with everything. These was such a great buy!

I just signed up to be a member and chose 3 pair of super cute boots! My tracking came in as shows the package will be "delivered today" after 3 days later of purchase. This package has shown will arrive today for the last 15 days! Location of package has been less than an hour away from me the last 10 days with no movement and I cannot reach anyone to get answers. With that said, I'm sure the shoes will eventually arrive but I cancelled my membership as this was my first purchase & a bad look!

I believe this bag will be perfect for an overnight and a weekend bag for me. The bag I currently used (which also is a Just Fab purchase), does not zip shut. This will definitely be an upgrade. I also love the separate compartment on the bottom for shoes, etc.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
