UPDATE 12-15-2022: Chad, response below from JustFab, said someone would contact me. No one has and yet they made ANOTHER charge to my card. It is unbelievable that they CANNOT find my account to cancel my membership, but they CAN find my account to make charges, send email confirming charges and send promotional material. This is a money hole that the consumer cannot get out of. BEWARE!
ORIGINAL COMMENT: I have canceled my membership twice and they continue to charge my card via PayPal. I am forced to buy shoes I don't want because of limited selection, and quality is not very good. Do not sign up with this company. It is impossible to cancel the membership with them. When I called Customer Service, they said they could not find my account yet they certainly can find to make the auto payments. I WANT OUT & THEY REFUSE TO RESPOND!

Luckily the shoes where all accounted for and undamaged. However, the box did come open and the tags on the Oxfords I ordered was already broken off. Please change your courier because they are doing a horrible job.

So I have been a Just Fb customer for several years and I must admit that the shoes sizing change after Covid hit is just not right. I don't oder often usually around the holidays and for the past two years I have had to send the shoes back and even lost money because I was told that I could no longer xchng due to the time lasping! Mind you I had returned the shoes twic because I ordered a size up and wide because the shoe was too narrow around the ball of my foot and the calf was just a little too tight well once I did that the shoe was way to wide and it was just not a good look. The next time remembering the last year order I decided to order my size but wide only for the shoe to still be small around the ball of my foot but way to big around my calf (different shoe) so I said ok let me try to order a size up but not wide nope still not right so then I finally asked for a return only to be told that it was no longer eligible for return just credit that was only for 10 and I paid 49.99 originally for the shoe. Did I feel robbed yes did I feel cheated yes. So this time I said I will write a rvew on the shoes I just purchased and guess what all 3 pair I have to return because all are too narrow even after going a size up. So sad and frustrated as the shoes are even stated as wide lol not US wide maybe EU.

Three pairs of boots... all cute on website. Upon arrival one pair looked so cheap and crap i would never wear them. Next pair or ankle boots had a rounded pointy toe (think cowboy boots) but the sole was cut like a square. Looks like it is a defective product and is very noticable. Last pair of boots fit is goofy too. I didn't order wide or wide calf but the calf is huge, HUGE, nothing like the picture. My experience as a whole with JustFab is maybe 25% of the time the item is good, the rest of the time they are a disappointing waste of money.

My experience was wonderful! Received a promotional code for signing up and got my boots for $10! I love my boots. They even had them carefully wrapped so they wouldn't get damaged.

I purchase a bucket load of boots and shoes for a low, low, low price, that I have bragged about my purchases to anyone who will listen. They seem happy for me (but they probably want me to shut up).
With price of some foods (like paying $3.71 for the price of eggs, I choose to buy shoes instead).
I lot of women don't like the idea of paying $39.00 a month (but I have only forgot to call a skip a month only twice in the last 2 years, I feel that this is by far the best way to buy shoes, boots, purses, hats, or anything else. THANK YOU JUSTFAB!

I had purchased shoes from this page before and they were ok quality, do I didn't keep my subscription. I decided to try again lately and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. I like the design of the shoes, the interior is very soft and comfortable and the price is good. They've definitely improved a lot.

I had 4 credits and ordered 3 pairs of boots on sale for $15 a pair. They used up 3 of my credits and charged me $20 still

Every time I order a pair of shoes from just fab they seem to be inconsistent with sizing I have ordered anything from a 9.5 to 9 and they're always either too big or too small, poor quality, uncomfortable and it's to the point where I really need to cancel my subscription because it's not worth it

I was worried ordering a 9.5 would be too big because I'm a 9, but it is a perfect fit. The color is spot on to what I wanted to match them with. In the pic the color is more vibrant, however it was perfect. Ordered got my birthday

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
