I been shopping for years. Good quality and easy to order….
I never received my order. I contacted the post office to put a stop to the delivery after failed attempts at getting JF customer service to help me change the address. The order was apparently returned to JF but I did not receive a refund once it was returned either. Not sure what's going on as I have not been able to get any help on the matter.

I put in a large order for myself and Christmas. Everything came quickly and well wrapped. One item was running behind but the paper inside let me know which piece. I also got follow up emails. Good customer service.

The website and the app are both very user friendly. Being able to filter all boots/shoes down to personalized sizes and styles is a great feature. I received my 2 pairs of boots fairly quick. They both fit great and are super comfortable. I will be buying more. You can't have too many shoes.

I have wanted to cancel this for over a year, but the few times I have painstakingly attempted the cancel call, I am transferred a minimum of two times before conveniently being disconnected. I have an alarm set to skip the month and numerous months this year, the website just happened to be down on the first on the month. When I called the second time it happened, I was told there was nothing they could do. The only reason I had a purchase recently was due to one of these months. I like the products they carry, which is the only reason they received a second star. I loath the predatory practices of the business though. Would never recommend.

I ordered some pots and they're gorgeous! Good quality, fast shipping, and overall great experience. Sizing is a little off though. Originally I ordered a 6 1/2 (my size at Macys) but it was too big. Thankfully, they let me exchange for a smaller size and even gave me a free shipping label! Very satisfied and will but again!

I was dissatisfied because I made my order on 12/14 and on 1/2/23 when I called, i was told that my order was returned to the warehouse because it wasn't labeled. I already bought new outfits to match the shoes that I purchased and was disappointed to hear that I couldn't get them.

I had been wanting some new casual shoes and or sneakers so I had been checking out the website looking on the sale area. I ended up finding 4 pairs of shoes that I wanted and they were all on sale so for less than 55 bucks I walked away with 4 pair of shoes. Delivery was fast and merchandise arrived on good condition

I couldn't believe how fast the order was processed. I purchased a couple of shoes and I wear a 10 1/2 which you don't carry and have to get a 11 which is too big. Please consider carrying 1/2 sizes. Other that than, everything else was perfect

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
