I usually NEVER have issues with JustFab but this time they shipped my order through Lasership. This delivery company is ABSOLUTE TRASH! They say your order is delivered, meanwhile THE EMPLOYEES HAVE STOLEN YOUR PURCHASE! My son ordered shoes from another brand, which shipped by Lasership and had the exact same thing happen to him, that's happening to me now. Ordered on 12/2/22, Lasership claims it was delivered on 12/16@ 7:00 PM but I was home working all day and evening, I was still tracking my order on the 17th and it's now 2023 and I still have no shoes. If Lasership is the new preffered shipper, I'll be canceling my account. Quite sure no one cares because I'm some nobody but just know that this shipping company will cost you money and customers down the road.

I haven't shopped with JustFab for awhile and just purchased items for Christmas. I love how they came sooner than expected and with the new "Happy Returns" feature I was able to return the items and get credit in the same day. This is an amazing feature and adds a bonus to the shopping experience.

I was looking for a replacement for my old shoulder bag. Found a small over the shoulder or backpack on the web and bought it. Then I found another replacement for my old black leggings. Those boots were still available in my size. Yep, bought them too. Great buys. Thanks again for your help.

I get all of my shoes and boots from justfab... Love them all! Perfect fit every time. The selection is great and the price is always right. I also love the jeans and sweaters I have purchased! Delivery has always been fast and exchanges are easy too... I never have to go to department stores again!

I have been ordering a long time. This is the 1st time I received the wrong size. I printed my return slip, sent back and new pair is on the way. So it wasn't a major problem for me.

I ordered my first pair of boots for $10. I normally wear 8.5, but I always feel that I have bigger calves. For the pair of boots I wanted, my choices were to get an 8.5 regular calf or 9 bigger calf. I went with the latter. The fit was (I guess) just what I asked for, but just a little too big. I'm going to get the 8.5 regular calf instead.

I cancelled the VIP. They still charged my card. I called, and had to spend 15 continuously demanding cancellation while the rep tried to convince me to keep it, discounting the membership each time. It's a gimmick to trick you into paying monthly for shoes you don't even buy.

I picked 3 different styles of boots from JustFab and they were shipped in nice sturdy packaging and bags and they are all of good quality. I gave 2 pairs as a Christmas gift and kept a pair. Good price, great boots!

I ordered some items on December 12th 2022, and provided the same delivery information that was given to a successful delivery order from some months back, and experienced hell just trying to receive them. The first mistake was an incorrect delivery address placed, in which caused the first delay to my package. I called advising that the address that was given was correct and that it must be an error on the company end, in which the representative advised she would send it again rush delivery because of the error at no charge. The second attempt failed because FedEx advised it was submitted ground delivery, and they could deliver in 6-14 business days which would've of placed my package receipt two weeks into the new year. I reached out again and the third attempt resulted in the package being received the next day. Long story short, I received my package days after the new year which completely foiled my Christmas for my daughter.
