Went online to exchange shoes and saw that I was charged full price for another pair. I will be sending them both back. I do not like doing business like that. Very unethical to me. Should have explained that and I would have sent the shoes back before reordering the. Thanks but I won't be a returning customer.

I don't have time to go to shoe store and I couldn't brought the amount of shoes and boots at one time that I have been blessed to buy. Love shopping, don't need a place to sit and try on shoe and if they don't fit me I have someone that I can gift them to.!

The order itself went fine. I feel that the quality of the shoes is not as great as it used to be. I have a pair of booties that I wear regularly and not long after wearing them they started to fall apart. By the time I feel I have them worn in a bit they are also falling apart.
I have also noticed that the plus size selection of clothing isn't as great. Seems like most plus size clothing is just an after thought.

I made a purchase from JustFab last month for shoes. This month I see that automatic payment was set up on PayPal. My card was charged 49.95 and now I have to go through the hassle of dealing with canceling everything. I never authorized an automatic payment I made one time purchase of shoes. We'll never purchase from this company again. Not worth the hassle

The black jacket was exceptionally long but wouldn't close across the chest. I ordered a large but this is more a medium extra long.
The brown boots I ordered a 9 w I wanted to make sure they were not too narrow across my toes but they were so wide at the calf they are way over sized and I can't wear them and they look ridiculous.

It's tough bronzing through what I may like, only to constantly find my size out of stock. I see lots of different shoes/boots I really like, but can't get because you're out. This is extremely frustrating. I would purchase ma ynt more if you had my size. Ladies 11, wide width, wide calf.

I ordered several sale items and used a credit so the cost was fairly ok, although I had the credit because I forgot to skip the month, so wasn't planning on spending that money. The order took over three weeks to get here, which was unfortunate as I was hoping to wear the shoes to a party but they didn't arrive until a few days after. The coat I ordered is great. The shoes are questionable, they are very small (I usually wear a 5 1/2 and these are 6 and are still tight) and fit strangely. I'll try wearing them around the house a little before returning in case they stretch at all (they are pretty stiff so that's doubtful). The other items I ordered are fine. They only reason I gave four stars is because I love the coat and the delay in the order is not their fault, it was the Post Office. One star off for the lack of quality of the shoes.

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!
Answer: They take out every month. You can skip any and all months just have to remember to do it. 1-866-337-0906 This is the number I was given if ever needing to cancel or have questions.
Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
