I ordered a bundle. When I received it the purse was so small it was more the size for a child. The dress was just okay but acceptable. The shoes looked cheap. The earrings were as expected and were pretty.

The sizing is not consistent. It seems like each pair has a different sizing model. Due to this nearly every order I have to do an exchange or return completely bc the size I need is out of stock. Super frustrating and makes me want to stop buying all together. I get excited about a shoe it takes forever to come in then I find out it doesn't fit or to big! Sometimes I'm a 9 others a 9.5 even a 10. Annoying and just fab is the only place I have this issue. I actually have to return 2 shoes now

I really enjoy shopping at just fab, I've been a member for 8 yesrs! I absolutely loved my recent purchase. I also enjoy being a member and not having to pay for shipping. My shoes always fit good size 11 and my 3X outfits typically fit well true to size. This company is a Blessing!

It started out good, but there are less and less options available. I always have to pay in excess of what my monthly membership is. If you cancel while you have a credit you don't get it refunded. The problem is finding anything to but with your credit. My orders never come in timely. My order history will say it has arrived but it is not true. When I contact them about it they just say "it is shipping" it's getting very sketchy every time I go to check order status the date it was ordered changes. I tried to call them but there were 55 callers ahead of me and over an hr wait time. Clearly I am not alone. I just want out but have a gut feeling they will likely charge me in the mean time and change the info like they do on my orders.

Quality materials, but bra sizing a bit off for me. I require a bit more band support under breast for running and hiking.

Ordered on the £15 VIP offer advertised, boots were nothing like the advert, poor quality and shapeless. I was contacted after leaving a comment regarding my disappointment on their advert. I replied to the company regarding returning my Poor quality boots and shoes twice but heard nothing. Difficult returns procedure if not computer minded.
Then to top it off they take £44.95 a month automatically from your account for a vip member you've been totally been blind sided into. After reading more in-depth tonight they give it to you as a credit in their website when you can spend £35 of it! Then postage is only free when you spend over this amount!
Total joke what an utter disgrace fooling people like this then expecting they should've read the small print, you've done it this way in order to trick! Advertising you can order any footwear £15 on your first order, then pay for it every month without the customer even realising!
Here's my order number *******642 for my previous order I sent back and got a credit. This should've ruled out my order totally. I want my £44.95 back and this devious monthly thing cancelled, you've not even put a straight forward way to cancel it, call or write a letter!

Answer: Then sweety, I would cancel your card asap and call your bank for fraudulent charges. The bank will move forward with an investigation of fraud and if I am correct, and if your bank is not a bunch of!&$&?, then they will credit your account. However make sure you have your cancellation VIP membership number handy, the exact date you canceled your VIP membership, the verification number of your cancellation that justfab gave you, and your card number justfab has linked to your old VIP membership, and lastly, FLAG ANY CHARGES justfab makes on your account with date stamps. I know it seems like a lot of hoop jumping, but this is what your bank will ask you when they send you to the fraud department, and they will ask you all of the above. I wish you the best of luck!

Answer: From the 1st to the 5th of every month, you can go to "Your Boutique" and FOR THOSE DAYS ONLY you can click on the SKIP button and skip the month. You can do this as long as you like. OR just call Customer service and cancel. I've never had any problems. They've been impressively helpful. As for the money already, either talk to Customer Service or use it toward a purchase... some fun boots maybe? If you can't find the SKIP button, call Customer Service.
Answer: I just tried the same exact thing. I was told that if I canceled my membership they would cancel the order that I placed. So now I am waiting till I get my shoes so I can cancel the membership... which makes absolutely no sense. If I'm going to cancel anyway, why not be able to do it now?
Answer: I called in to cancel my account and the man on the phone told me it was canceled. I have been reading these reviews about employees lying so I went on the website to check. He did not explain to me that the phone call doesn't cancel the membership, just unlocks the option. So my answer to you is 1. Go to your account. 2. Click cancel. 3. State reason why and 4. Submit it. You should receive an email saying you will no longer be charged. Of course you cannot trust these people so for extra protection I suggest you call your bank, request these payments be blocked, and it they ask provide proof that you canceled. Good luck.
