These shoes are not made for 5-7 school/ work hour days. By the time I got to about 2 hours, my feet felt exhausted from using more pressure and energy to walk a moderate pace, than any other shoe I own. It felt as if I was stepping in snow with low rise sneakers.

The hold times were brief and i was able to get a resolution very quickly.
I have been ordering from Just Fab for years and have usually been satisfied. I am frustrated that I now can't order certain items because they don't have shipping arrangements for Canada. I called customer service about it last October and was told that it should be fixed by December. Well, I still cannot order certain items for the same reason. Other than that I enjoy my purchases.
My overall experience with JustFab is negative due to their business model. I need to action something every month to not pay. And then I forget; and pay. And then they have my credits that I paid for expire. So I end up paying for nothing. It's extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Love love love the jacket I purchased! It's a warm grey with fringed and a wrap around belt. I got tons of compliments when I recently wore it.
Quick ship but size too small. Quick response to problem(think replacement was shipped BEFORE they got the pre-paid return back). Great quality, great service...wish I had more need of their service

Had to return for a larger size was sent a return label very easy to return. My only concern is they will not ship your replacement order until the return is scanned in their warehouse.

Easy to buy and fast shipping. I ordered shoe for very good price and got it delivered next day on my door.
I like the boots I got. So far so good. Comfortable and good quality. I notice there are so many styles I don't see at stores
I have ordered at least 15 pairs of shoes within 2 months and I have never had as much trouble with delivery EVER! I am still waiting on 2 pairs of shoes it has been a month 1/2. I'm very upset and disappointed, I will not order from here again.
