All I wanted was a nice pair of boots for my mum for Christmas, just a one off purchase. I was completely unaware this was a subscription/membership. It should be made much clearer that this is what you are signing up for. They took £35 from me in January and then another £35 from me in February. After checking my bank account and noticing this, I called them and had this cancelled immediately. I requested for £70 back, as this was my own money, and I was told no. They are keeping my own personal my I worked for as credits on their website. I have not ordered anything from Justfab other than a bar boots in December and now they have £70 of my money just as a profit as I have never brought anything from them. It just shocks me that i am being told I cannot have my money back. This needs to be stated clearly for anyone that uses this site. I don't want anyone else in my position.

Really unprofessional

I ordered these skinny jeans that came but they were to big for me so i contacted them so that i can exchange it to a smaller size. They told me that Hermes is going to come on a certain date but they never did. This has happened to me 3 times even though i have contacted them each time saying that Hermes hasn't shown up, they just keep rearranging dates and i dont have time waiting around for months for a pair of jeans. Really poor communication. Bunch of liars. NEVER shoping here again!

JUSTFAB IS A LIE. AND A TRAP. They do not stop lying and catching you out. The whole thing is a scam. First they drag you in with a good deal - this is only a good deal because they then take £35 out your account every month. This £35 can be spent as 'credit'. BUT. They lie about the price - they show a price for one type of member which is a lot cheaper than another hidden price. It is really badly laid out so it's hard to tell what the price is at checkout. They just showed me a coat for £31.48. I had my £35 credit so I thought i'd use it. Just checked my account and they've charged me another £27 because the coat is actually £62.95. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE SCREWED ME OVER, IT IS JUST AN EXAMPLE OF ONE TIME. DO NOT BOTHER, IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND KEEP AWAY.

Don't trust Justfab

I wanted to close my account, which they would not do.
They would also not refund unspent credit and when I tried to spend it proceeded to take extra money from my paypal account.
When I tried to resolve this issue they proceeded to tell me that I was wrong!
I would not trust this site and the quality of the products are not worth the price tags as far as I am concerned either.

Complete bunch of thieves! Will not refund the payments they have taken from my account even though I had no idea I had been "upgraded to VIP" with £35 each month taken from account. Never set up continuous payments! They can continue to take money from your account whenever they want. It's just taken my bank over half an hour to sort it out, so they can't take anymore payments.

Bought a pair of boots for £8, sounded great. PayPal notified me Just Fab had taken £35 as well on 6th of this month for my pleasure! Took me ages to find live chat option so I could cancel my account, then took me four "cancel my account" demands to get the operator to comply!

The worst

I just cancelled my account and I will never purchase a thing from that site again. Please save yourselves the bother and be very careful. If you don't skip the month, you will get charged £35 that month which can be redeemed for goods as credit but once you cancel, whatever credit you have left you will never get back so its all a ploy for you to either purchase or get charged.

I wish i could give 0 star.

I ordered a pair of boots and paid via debit card then they have taken £35 a month out of my account which i only found out about after it happening numerous times it says i have 2 VIP member credits but won't let me use them does anyone know how i can possibly get my money back from them i suffer severe anxiety issues and this has made me so poorly does anyone know what i can do please thanks In advance

Wanted to give them another chance after I had cancelled for the same reason everyone else had (credit), to be told my account is closed forever and I'm not allowed to use my original email address and have to create a new email address just for them... Lol. No. Saves me £35 that I can spend elsewhere then huh, haha!

If 0 stars was an option I would definitely choose that. My experience with JustFab started back in October when I bought a pair of boots from them for a very low price of £8.75. The boots arrived, I don't wear them but I didn't want the agro of returning them for the sake of 8 pounds. Since then I forgot all about them, it's only recently I've discovered they've been taking £35 out of my account for the last five months (sincoriginsl purchase). I've gone back and forward with emails to a different person everytime, all saying the same crap that when I purchased the first item I was made a "VIP" member (something that isn't made clear enough from the start)
So like many others I fell into the trap of JustFab)

Eventually I rang them and couldn't understand a word of the lady speaking, she again repeated what all the emails had said, obviously reading it off a screen, not letting me get a word in. It wasn't until I threatened to quit as a member that she offered me a refund. I am now cancelling my card so they can't take anymore money and then my account. This "mistake" of mine cost me £175 so don't fall into the trap of this $#*!e company!

Bought a pair of boots for £15, next month £35 comes out of my account! I ring to say I want a refund and cancel future payments. Didn't get a refund but they said future payments had been cancelled. Next month another £35 comes out! So angry. Thy didn't give any of my money back. Don't know how they haven't been shut down now. DO NOT order from just fab!

I brought a pair of shoes which didn't last long. Then a month later £35 comes out of my account. I ring to ask why and asked to cancel any future payments. The person on the phone said this is all done. When I asks to confirm that no more payments will be taken the guy said yes and cut me off. A month later another payment comes out of my account. So I call them again only to wait for 5 mins and get cut off. I call again and the guy that answered was so rude when I asked why payment has been taken out of my account. I told him what I told the last guy that I want to cancel all future payments and want a refund. He put me on hold and few minutes later told me that I cannot get a refund but he has cancelled my account. Now I'm left with credit that i don't need and probably won't use. Such awful customer service. Would not recommend ordering from them.

Disgusting business practices. Lured into a lovely purchase with an amazing discount one night, received the boots, lovely. Few weeks later, £35 out of my paypal account into my VIP member account! For me to spend on what I want apparently! Complained on social media numerous times, told to contact the VIP team direct. Spoke to a foreign woman this morning who waffled on and on, I told her I just wanted to cancel and have my money back. She told me that she could have only refunded had I not cancelled by now that she cancelled as I had asked, then I couldn't have a refund! OMG furious is an understatement! Had I heard, realised or understood that she was saying anything like that to me would I not have said, yes, then do that and I'll stay on... apparently not! Would any rational person think that if a person wanted to genuinely help they'd explain again so that it was understood? Apparently not! Well, not with this company anyway. Avoid them! Awful company, awful business practices!

I want to close my membership, I did not know before ordering goods that I would be billed money every month unless I let them know I don't want the goods. I am finding it very hard to do this as the chat line states it is closed and the number is not clear and you can not cancel your membership via email. Think very carefully before committing your self to these monthly payments.

So like most others I bought a pair if boots for £9. Unknowing doing so you subscribe to a £35 a month the fee. The boots came and was a size too small even though they sent the size I asked for.

Tried to cancel my subscription which seems impossible. So with credits I have on the account I decided to try another pair in a bigger size... So with 2 credits on my account I can't use both at once I can only use one and pay the difference with 5 to 7 working day delivery... When I tried to use 3 day delivery I had to pay the full amount of £42... Not only this when it comes to sales you can't use your credits unless its none sale items... You can't use promotional codes on anything you want to use with your credits... This site is absolutely disgusting for the amount of money it takes out of your account monthly... I currently have a reminder on my phone to remember to skip a month I won't give in I will get out of the con artist subscription... Definitely don't recommend this site to anyone I'd give it minus points if it was possible

After three transactions. How come after talks with a member of staff and cancelling my account with yourselves you still took funds from my account this leaves me with no other alternative but to recoup these funds by taking the appropriate channels. I made a purchase from this company back in 2016, thought it was a great deal £9 for your first pair of shoes. Really wish I had read reviews first. I paid through PayPal, shoes came quickly, quality was average (nothing special) but it wasn't until a month later that I thankfully noticed a £35 charge had been taken by JustFab through my Paypal. I did my research and discovered that yes they do explain this in small print but its not highlighted very well on check out or on their homepage. Thankfully I managed to get it back through PayPal and cancelled any further action through my PayPal. JustFab will take this charge each month in exchange for 1 credit but they don't email to confirm this, they don't allow you to set up a direct debit with your bank. I am really confused how they are even able to do this without it being set up with your bank first. Total scammers, please avoid at all costs.
