My mum, who has mental health problems which make her struggle with every day life bought me a pair of shoes from this site in July last year in confidence she was getting me a nice treat. Yesterday, she checked her bank for the first time in months to realise this company had been charging £35 per month for a VIP membership which we were completely unaware of. My mum is distraught this has happened, as she was never made aware by the company that they would be charging her. This may not be so much of an issue for those who are aware of things like this, but to people who are more vulnerable like my mum, this company could end up scamming you out of hundreds. She only ever made one purchase from this site for £12 and ended up losing over £200 because of a VIP membership she never knew existed.

I purchased a faux leather jacket and high knee boots. The items came in good time and were a bargain buy. I was very pleased with the items. However I cannot trust this site. I made a one off payment however JustFab signed me up for a monthly subscription and tried to take out £35 from my account a month after my purchase. Although the items I bought were nice it's not worth the scam of being signed up to a monthly subscription.

I would advise anyone purchasing to do so at their own risk. I reported the scam to my credit card supplier and they have refunded my money and blocked transactions from JustFab. I will not be purchasing from them in the future!

Hi to all who have been tricked by this just fab company, Not!
Well I tricked them right back... I rang them and repeatedly told them the call was being recorded as I'd taken legal advice, they had taken 3 months worth of payments before I noticed! How I missed this I do not know!... but they offered me 1 month refund I repeated this call is being recorded and I request a full refund. They came back with 2 months refund I said a full refund please this call is being recorded please, I wasnt rude, I wsnt angry I was just insistent. Finally after 14 minutes I was given a full refund
So u can get it.

Purchased a pair of shoes 3 years ago - randomly was asked by my dad to check his bank account, saw that there had been £35 taken out of his account from JustFab, I asked him what he got as he doesn't do online shopping, just to find out that for the past 3 years they have taken £35 every month without fail. Had to scream and shout to get refunded £925- still have £315 left which they refuse to give me back... DO NOT SIGN UP WITH JUSTFAB... VERY SNEAKY COMPANY.

Just waned to use my discount and buy some boots. Thoroughly enjoying the boots and then BAM an email from PayPal and 'just fab' to say that's £35 in your credit thanks very much!

Shall be calling tomorrow for the refund and to cancel this VIP membership I have somehow become enrolled in?!
Not happy and as a student that's quite a bit of money especially this close to Xmas!
Bad business model and no prior warning otherwise I would've opted out!

I have order a pair of shoes, that I never received, because the delivery company (hermes) said that it was delivered to a neighbourg who doesn't exist. Then send me a ticket a week later "sorry we missed you".
Justfab refund my money. Then I discovered that they have took 35£ from my bank account. I have asked them to cancel that membership that I never tick for and refund my 35£.
They just refused asking me to call their special number. Then more money for a parcel that I never received.
I decided to suit this company because that is a New business, tick a box and take your money without your knowledge.
They are getting rich with your money.

I ordered a pair of boots on 29th october which came within 3 days. The boots are really nice and glad I ordered them. However I checked my bank account today 11th November and they have taken £35. I checked my justfab account and I have only subscribed to the VIP account without even knowing. I will be phoning them tomorrow and asking for my money back. I think it's very naughty of a company to reel you in with the discount off your first order and then charge you £35 a month. I would rather have payed full price for the boots then pay this stupid charge every month.

If you would sign up as a VIP there would be a hidden t&c which you will pay £35 per months and I luckily cancelled it in my first month but I forgotten to cancel it for the 2nd month and they wouldnt want to return my money back but they said that I could used that to but something and I have no plan to used that credit coz there products are low quality and its not worth the price. that would be my first and last purchase of there product

Hi everyone, I do online shopping very often and this had never happened to me before! I had ordered a pair of shoes this summer, probably June-July. It was supposed to be 80kroner as there was a sale and it was my first order. Anyway, in 09.08.2017 I ended up paying DKK 349,00 to JustFab Ltd, London. That's okay. I will take that. Even though it is not what said the cost was, I will take that. BUT! Then another 349kroner was withdrawn on 11.09.2017 again to JustFab Ltd, London, and then another 349kroner was withdrawn on 11.10.2017, again Nota nr. ******* JustFab Ltd, London. WHAT IS GOING ON? Those shoes were supposed cost me tops 350 kroner, say I misunderstood, there was no sale or anything. Yet, I ended up paying 3x349kroner. And I am hoping that this is the last time! Just had an online chat talk with Max from JustFab London, he says that my accound is under JustFab Sweden. Alright. Then I just sent them an email. Let's see whast up. I am really looking forward to hear what the heck is going on.
