I wanted to get my pics off my phone and onto a thumb drive. After a lot of different tries, they came up with a great idea for my question.
Although JustAnswer didn't directly solve the issues, they did inform where
I should go to in order to resolve the problems. There advice worked in both the
SSA issue and in the IRS issue.

They answered most questions, and did connect me to a real person for my 1099, however they could not help me with my deceased husbands 1099. Very frustrating.
The technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. But, before I received the call from him, I was asked for a credit card/debit card payment. The price was reasonable so, I paid it for the call to get information. Today I see on my bank statement that the amount charged was way higher than what was asked. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
