Simple problem fixed fast.

For the most part, I can fix problems myself. But sometimes...
I couldn't get into my Samsung account because I lost my password. After trying for 3-4 days, I finally gave up and went to Just Answer and got my problem solved in a few Iminutes. Great Experience.

I got the answers to my questions.
I did NOT appreciate that somewhere in the fine print it must have said that I agreed to being enrolled for an auto withdrawal totaling $66 in $5.00 installments over the next however long they chose.
Good thing I used PayPal and was able to immediately 'unenroll'.
For a service that claims to OFFER legal advice, this kind of trickery is unforgiveable, unscrupulous, and reeks of desperation, while they prey on society's most vulnerable sectors - those of us who are ALREADY GETTING SCREWED AND NEED HELP.

When I tried to print a PDF file (any PDF file) it directed me to a saving environment, because, in the Print environment the command was "Print to PDF" instead of "Canon 2010 series."

Puppy ate kiddiw vitamins

I went online to get some help with my sewing machine. It's a Bernina 1010. The issue was that the fabric wasn't feeding through while I was sewing. It had stopped in the middle of a project. Muhammad asked me several questions and I replied to each one of them. And he determined and I agree that it needs to go to a repair shop where they can solve the issue of the feed dogs, they need adjusting and alignment which only a technician can do. He gave me the appropriate questions to ask when I call and he gave me the name of the location That was qualified to work on Bernina sewing machines. He let me know that my machine was worth getting fixed. She might be an old girl her name is Annie B. Yes, I named my sewing machine. I named her after my sister Anne, who was the previous owner of this machine it was given to me when she passed away in 2014. I love my Bernina and I want to see her continue with all my projects.
Thank you, Mohammed for all your help. It was truly appreciated. Before that I was starting to feel defeated and felt like I needed to buy a new sewing machine and this was my last ditch effort before doing that.

Great tool to assess next steps

My dog started limping and over a few days seemed to get worse. My regular vet wasn't open yet and wanted to assess if my pet's issue required emergency treatment and was connected to a vet who asked several questions and provided answers for me to share with my vet. This helped me make the best decision for my dog's care without resorting to catastrophic measures.

He told me to look in my dogs mouth, at his gums, in-between his toes, for a sting, a bite or sore, and to look at his anus. We didn't know what was wrong but he was panting hard and not acting right. I felt that was a thorough exam since he couldn't see or touch him. The vet gave me emergency phone numbers and names of clinics. He said my dog was most likely in pain. I called my vet the next morning, he said it was most likely anxiety. My Opie is fine now. I appreciate the calming reassuring advice

Washing machine problems

Alex was great. Gave me info as to why the machine was acting the way it was and what
I needed to rectify the problem. He gave me a website to purchase the parts and then a video to show the steps to take fixing it. It was a completely great experience because
I know understand the cause, I have the parts to fix it and the knowledge how to do it. A completely great experience kit!
