Questions promptly answered

I had been looking for answers to property tax reductions for senior citizens in my area but was not able to locate the information that I needed. I tried this service and was connected to "Bobby" who was great. He went above and beyond in finding answers to my questions and provided form numbers for me that I can complete and submit to my local office for review (he also offered to send links to me to access the forms). He was very knowledgeable and polite. Two thumbs up for Bobby!

Kevin M, was not helpful at all- very generic in responses, which were few. He did not respond to my message sent that I needed more help. The second CPA ( Joel S.) was superb! He answered all my questions and did not "cut me off".

Electric oven won't heat up!

For two days now the oven just cannot reach baking temp. Made the call (chatbot first), was connected to a service tech, and now have the info needed to self repair / replace /or call an outside repair service. BRAVO! Helpful hint- have make/model/serial numbers ready when you call. It makes for a quicker experience! Mine was GREAT!

I was told the conversation would cost 5 Dollars. However I was charged eighty for a monthly membership. I complained to the Customer service and they immediately refunded me and cancelled the membership I didn't sign up for

Complex issue

We went down a list of approaches to solving the problem. Eventually it turned out my cell phone is too old to be covered by McAfee. I've considered the suggested possibility for another provider of phone security, but user comments are not too favorable. However, it is inexpensive if I decide to try it. Given that I don't use my phone for any sensitive information such as financial, I think I'm probably OK with the generic security that comes with the phone. Excellent and thorough discussion of the issue.

Mr Taylor was very knowlegeable and gave me step by step instructions to try out. It did help resolve the issue in the end even if it was me resolving it by trying something out along the same lines as what was suggested.
Not sure if it's worth the ÂŁ40 monthly subscription but if you have many queries, it might be worth it.

My 7 year old bernedoodle snagged a chocolate cupcake off the counter. Contacted service because I was concerned about chocolate toxicity. Assistant was kind, calm, thorough. Vet responded quickly. Was knowledgeable, kind, reassuring. Excellent service- would highly recommend!
