I am really happy with the way justanswer helped me fix my TVs audio problem. The experts were very helpful and showed a lot of patience which made it really easy for me to discuss and clarify my doubts with them. And the way they dealt with the problem was so detailed and methodical; no confusion from my end when I was trying them out on my TV. This has been a great experience with justanswer and its experts. Loved it!

Suffered from a persistent fever last month. Nothing I did, could bring my fever down. Finally, contacted justanswer experts for an advice and started feeling better within a weeks time. They were like a life savior for me. Because of this fever, my work was getting affected, which in turn was affecting my mental peace. The experts were very responsible and understanding. Comforted me throughout the session as such fevers are normal and that I shouldn't get all worried. Now every time I have an issue, justanswer experts are the first people to come to my mind.

I was having an electrical issue with a Dodge Stratus with the Heater control. Although the mechanics final outcome was flawed. The testing procedure was spot on and I was able to come to the correct conclusion quickly and easily. I'm sure with another question or two answered from me, He too would have come up with the correct answer to the problem. I will definitely use the service again.

I want to start off saying the advice I got was excellent. The organization that stands behind the expert seems to be a different story. It was difficult to get to the expert - it seemed like I was always diverted to a sales pitch. I thought I had paid for a limited trial, but I got charged a second time and I don't believe it was what I chose. I was surprised and disappointed with the extra charge.

I asked for help installing a Plus Tek Optic Scanner that was 6 years old. I have Windows 10. Rob spent over an hour with me trying to figure out how to get the computer to recognize the scanner and make the software work. We finally concluded that it was not compatible with Windows 10. While the end result was not what I was hoping for, I am convinced that he did everything humanly possible to figure out how it might be configured to work.
I definitely would use Just Answer again.

I did a TNR (trap neuter and release) of a community cat and noticed after 5 days that there was swelling, bleeding and a protrusion from his scrotum causing me to seek a Vets medical advise. Rebecca, the Vet that responded had 30 years of veterinary experience and was so helpful in alleviating my worries and what to look for so that I would know if I should take him to the Vet and when. I had received some inaccurate information from another source and Rebecca was able to answer all of my questions so that it made complete sense.
I will definitely use this resource in the future.

A couple of months back, I had a problem with my landlord about fixing the leakage in my ceiling. When I approached him, he completely ignored me, saying that he cant do anything about it. I was completely lost as to what should I do now. I started looking for landlord laws on the internet to find a legal way out and came across this site called justanswer. Immediately contacted the experts and they gave me a good understanding of what the laws are. Also guided me about how to approach the landlord and go about dealing with this issue. I need to drive my son's car from CA to CT and he's lost his license. I just found out it may not be registered... My answer took a little over an hour to get back to me. I was under the impression it would be around 7 min., so I panicked a little and got in touch with customer service through their e-mail system. After that, (and it was probably all just timing) I was contacted by J. D. Paul and Customer Service in a timely manner. J. D. S answer was concise, easy to understand, and included a link for me to follow for more info. I would use this service again, if I have a questions I can't answer.

I had an issue with my dog, so I type a question in a moment of panic. The expert got back to me 12 hours later. It was a vet and she asked relevant questions. By then my problem was solved. I got an easy "refund" though. And, I had no trouble with customer service. I would use this service again if the question is not an emergency. I also suggest to the company that they advertise that payment is due when the question is answered not when "satisfied". It was confusing.

I'm glad to hear that the response from the Vet was relevant, if not a little later than would have been helpful, and I'm glad to hear that we were able to get the refund processed for you.

Sorry for the confusion about the good faith deposit. An initial $5 deposit is required at the time the question is posted and the balance of the question price is collected once an Expert responds to the question.

This information regarding the deposit is displayed on the page where the customer is prompted to submit their payment details and questions are posted only when the customer acknowledges and accepts the payment terms.

An Expert responded to your question which is why you received a charge for the balance due, however, the Expert isn't paid unless you’re satisfied with the help received and rate the service accordingly.
