I have a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII, and have been having problems with the gas gauge, and Information Center. I know from decades of being a semi mechanic, that electric problems, can be really hard to find. They gave me suggestions of things to look for. Those turned out ok. When I told them that those were ok, they gave me another suggestion, that solved the problem. I am really thankful for the service, as this problem has been a pain for the last year or so. I was having no luck tracing out the problem, and the mechanic finally hit the right combination.

My mechanic reconditioned my 350 chev but could not get it to run properly. I asked just answer for some infoemation but then the mechanic realised he needed to adjust the hydraulic lifters.The initial help was much appreciated and I would recommend justanswer. I am sre that if I had kept on justanswer would have identified the problem. Best of luck

My dog had jumped up and started running on her runner. When I opened the door for her to come inside, I noticed that she wasn't putting any weight on her left rear leg. I got right on the computer and started to look for answers... I massaged her leg and my husband was gently trying to move it around. The vet that answered my message "said that he was sorry" and went right to work on telling me what to do to make my dog feel better right away. Within 20 minutes my dog was better but we spent the night in the spare room downstairs just encase she couldn't walk down the stairs in the morning. Woke up the next morning and she was back to being herself. Thank you so much for this service.

COMPUTER HELP

I had a bad experience with a hacker pretending to be microsoft support delete everything on my laptop so that I could not even get it to open. I went online seeking help and found just answer who connected me to Bryan I told him my problem and arranged to talk to him when I got home in front of the lap top. He took me through each step to restore it to factory conditions called me several times to make sure everything was going properly because it took some time for it to complete all of the downloads. It was a wonderful honest experience and I would use it again if I ever needed it and would highly recommend
Bryan for his work. And I felt like it was well worth the money that I spent to get it back to working order.

VERY GOOD SERVICE

I got answers to a car & cell phone question promptly. In regards to the car problem I used the telephone option which I highly recommend, so that you do not go back and forth between the car and your computer.
Also the technicians do not leave you until you are satisfied.

Taxes

The past couple of years I've had some changes to my financial situation and have had to pay almost 10k to the irs. I've been trying to determine how to adjust my allowances to prevent owing so much at the end of the year. I found justanswer and they helped me adjust so that I won't have to pay. While I wont save any money, I will save myself the stress of making that large payment.

I had an emergency type situation with my new puppy. While Googling the situation, I came across an Ask a Veterinarian link. I sent my question and within 5 minutes, I received a very thorough and understandable answer from Dr Kara. I decided to go ahead and take my pup to our regular vet and he confirmed what the on-line vet said. He read the answer and agreed that it was very thorough. Over the next 24 hours, my pet's symptoms followed the on-line answer's description of what to expect, exactly. I will absolutely use this service again!

Leaving the country

I needed to know what rights my son had about leaving NZ to settle in Australia when. He had children from a previous marriage. He doesn't want to bring the children with him. But I could not find an answe anywhere, and didn't have an unlimited amount of money to spend on visiting lawyers in person., but I received a very prompt answer from this site, and the reply was in language that I could understand. An up date, following advice given here, my son contacted a lawyer that told him that there was no way that his ex wife could stop him from leaving the country, it was good to get the advice here to start with as we weren't sure about going to a lawyer or if there was a chance for him. So, we are all happy, except the ex wife. Thank you
