I have a 1997 Lincoln Mark VIII, and have been having problems with the gas gauge, and Information Center. I know from decades of being a semi mechanic, that electric problems, can be really hard to find. They gave me suggestions of things to look for. Those turned out ok. When I told them that those were ok, they gave me another suggestion, that solved the problem. I am really thankful for the service, as this problem has been a pain for the last year or so. I was having no luck tracing out the problem, and the mechanic finally hit the right combination.
Every time I have used this service it has proven to be quick and reliable in terms of the advice I receive. Experienced practitioners who understand the questions and know how to find the answers.

My mechanic reconditioned my 350 chev but could not get it to run properly. I asked just answer for some infoemation but then the mechanic realised he needed to adjust the hydraulic lifters.The initial help was much appreciated and I would recommend justanswer. My dog had jumped up and started running on her runner. When I opened the door for her to come inside, I noticed that she wasn't putting any weight on her left rear leg. I got right on the computer and started to look for answers... I massaged her leg and my husband was gently trying to move it around. The vet that answered my message "said that he was sorry" and went right to work on telling me what to do to make my dog feel better right away. Within 20 minutes my dog was better but we spent the night in the spare room downstairs just encase she couldn't walk down the stairs in the morning. Woke up the next morning and she was back to being herself. Thank you so much for this service.
I had a bad experience with a hacker pretending to be microsoft support delete everything on my laptop so that I could not even get it to open. I went online seeking help and found just answer who connected me to Bryan I told him my problem and arranged to talk to him when I got home in front of the lap top. He took me through each step to restore it to factory conditions called me several times to make sure everything was going properly because it took some time for it to complete all of the downloads. It was a wonderful honest experience and I would use it again if I ever needed it and would highly recommend

I RECENTLY WAS LOOKING UP SOME STUFF I HAVE, WHICH IS ALOT. LOL AND I BUMPED INTO A WEB SITE, THAT I COULD GET ANSWER'S ABOUT MY OLD STUFF, SO I CAN SELL IT.
The tech's diagnosis was right on. Between his words, and other's analysis of the same problem that I was having, my refrigerator/freezer is all fixed. I fully intend to you justask.com to help solve any more DIY problems that I might encounter.
The past couple of years I've had some changes to my financial situation and have had to pay almost 10k to the irs. I've been trying to determine how to adjust my allowances to prevent owing so much at the end of the year. I found justanswer and they helped me adjust so that I won't have to pay. While I wont save any money, I will save myself the stress of making that large payment.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
