Misleading customers. They have charged my account 3 times for a total $81 and did not answer a question for me. There was supposed to be a $5 charge and I understood no charge unless you used them.
I have used this svc many times especially for law questions. 1x for computer and 3x for home repair and 2x for auto repair. 90% of the time it was good. I only paid about $45 per month, and I only paid for the months I needed the svc, It was great. $45 answers all the questions you want from some professionals. I do believe most attys I spoke with were pro's. I highly recommend.
The clarification, concerning a recent diagnosis from a new therapist, I received from llw26 put the entire matter in a healthy perspective. Having BPD, confusion can distort reality. Since she answered the questions I had about the diagnosis, I have the insight, from freedom of doubt, confusion, and panic, to look at my situation with clarity and perspective. Without those traits, I doubt I would of continued therapy of any kind. It was well worth the money to have the peace of mind.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
