Drew let me know that he has some very logical problem solving skills. I got a few very good tips on how to proceed, but it can take hours for ice cubes to form so some of the tests will take a day to complete. I may very well have to contact the manufacturer, but I am now armed with a better understanding of what might be the problem and what a potential solution could be. Overall, this was a very good learning experience and I may well come back to use this service in the future. I don't, as a rule, do all my home maintenance so long-term, this might not be a service I would repeat. I would recommend to others, however. Thanks!

Excellent experience

Javi was very patient.with me and resolved my problem within 30 minutes. A problem that I had dealing with for over 3.months. I hired a technician twice before but was unsuccessful at fixing the problem.

Due to address, email, and phone number changes I was unable to access my SS account on line to obtain a copy of my 1099. I tried several times to contact SS by phone with no luck due to extremely long wait times and no returned phone calls. JustAnswer provided several options unique to my particular situation to help me update my information and obtain a 1099. I will contact SS on Monday and follow the steps provided by JustAnswer.

Help with an adoption decision

I am trying to decide whether to adopt a dog being treated for a serious health issue after recent loss of a senior dog. I also want to be sure that my adult child's cat won't be impacted by the dog's condition. The vet was extremely helpful and I plan to meet the dog!
