I felt listened to and provided with advice I could easily follow. Although I provided considerable information as background, it would have been useful to have a template of what to provide for example when asking a question about your pet please provide information pertaining to height, weight age current drug usage and any information on medical condition. But I was very satisfied none the less.
Make you believe that your only paying $5 to ask a question. Not true, read the fine print! Talking about fine print, how hard do I have to search for unsubscribe tab? Not happy at all.

The way the charges are put on is a little misleading, which originally upset me, but Jason did a great job, so it was totally worth the money. Jason is very professional and is a true IT expert. The help from the Subaru Technician Mike V. probably saved me a lot of money at the local auto repair site. Mike knew immediately what was causing the scratching squeak coming from a bar attached to the body of my Forester which entered into the driver's side door. The bar was between the top and bottom hinges. He stayed available on the internet while I searched for WD40 and while I was in the garage working on the car door. He was so very kind and thorough with his responses and, in the end, the horrid squeaking was eliminated. The noise was caused by a pivot point that was freezing up. Mike V. even helped me understand what a pivot point was without making me feel really dumb! I really wanted to give him a 10-star rating, but the system only allowed a maximum of 5 stars. The service manager at the repair shop I had previously spoken to had talked about removing the door to find the problem, which would have indeed cost a fortune.

I called fairly late in the evening and got a fast response from Jake. I had a severe idling problem (engine dying) with my Nissan. First I will say that Jake definitely was knowledgeable about Nissan engines. Over the course of a week, going back and forth, he helped me diagnose my idling problem. We methodically went through the idle air control valve, throttle body, and mass air flow sensor. He certainly was patient. Now my engine runs satisfactory and it is at the point where I need a higher level of diagnostics than I have at home (perhaps time to get it to a dealer's computer diagnostic). Another plus was that Jake had access to and sent me pertinent wiring diagrams and procedures. He got me running again and I am thankful.
He nailed it and I went to the walk in clinic it was the first suggestion on the list. I think it s great tool to use except it should be covered under insurance. The way the waiting rooms are today this could help reduce wait times.

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
