I received such great advice from Just Answer and thought that my world or research came to an end once I became guardian/conservator for Mom. What I never expected was having to deal with a Guardian Ad Litem, Fiduciary appointed by the Court. I hired a great attorney thinking she'd be the only legal resource I would need. NOPE! There are legal issues I did not have any idea would pop up except regarding step-siblings. I have had to pay about $4.000 so far to 2 attorneys who have DONE NADA, ZERO, ZIP. They just read legal documents and bill for that. I do not have ANY IDEA if the time listed is truly what they spent. Really, reading Court docs they deal with EVERY SINGLE DAY! I decided over the weekend to reup my membership for help with RESEARCH to find out 1) can I get these 2 ambulance chasers removed (I do more than these 2 together) so I can pay only 1 attorney. I also, as said previously, want to research with help of backup for what I am being told regarding these blood sucking step-siblings. Just Answer has helped me so much, I have no doubt I'll receive great information again so I know whether I'm getting sunshine shoved where it don't shine.
This is the second time I have contacted just answer for help. Both times I have received excellent, helpful and timely advice. I have been trying to connect with two friends who are Facebook members. However for whatever reason we're not able to communicate with each other. My little schipperke ingested some questionable non-food material then started acting oddly. The vet told me what to do and assured me it wasn't toxic. He even checked back with me in the morning to see how she was doing.
We went to a Vet ER on a wknd who suggested to put our cat down. Other option, see another vet next day, we did and they set up treatment plan to be done at home but didn't have diagnosis either and suggested putting her down if not better. Dr Z was only one to offer likely Diagnosis with symptoms that match our cat exactly. She recovered with time frame told and is doing well today! Thank You Dr Z for what the others could not do and who were quick to write her off. So worth it to seek another opinion.

Although my problem of a disk no longer showing data was not resolved, the support provided by their expert--jinsmn--was excellent. He would not quit even though I think he knew the issue was a physical rather than software problem with the disk itself. After six-plus hours of trying to recover lost files, he finally gave up. Unfortunately Jins cut the comm link with me so quickly after he reported his conclusion I did not get a chance to thank him for his efforts and discuss his perspective on the issues or alternatives to my system. I figured that part out for myself. Much to the credit of JustAnswer they did not charge me any more than the original contact fee, refunding what I had further committed to for a direct link. All-in-all a good experience and I would return if necessary.

I had become locked out of my iPad and the thought of waiting in a long line at the Apple store was not appealing. I was very pleased with the help I got - we got the iPad unlocked, and it did not involve going somewhere and waiting in line to be assisted. I would definitely recommend Just Answer.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
