I had a bit of difficulty using the site as I'm not a spring chicken, but no problem for them. I didn't know how to send photos of my items, that did not stop my contact from giving me some help identifying some antiques I wanted to give my church! She took care of me completely and I'd give her six stars if they allowed it!

Puppy Help

I had several questions regarding our new standard poodle puppy. The seller of pup did not explain certain issues, and was very evasive. Brooke Harness claims to be a breeder, that she is not. I did receive very helpful answers from Rebecca, a dog veterinarian, was extremely nice, and advised us what to do. Rebecca was outstanding, advised on things that the so called breeder should have told us. The name Blissful Standards LLC, Brooke Harness, is NOT good.

Gary Rolfe helped me work out why my 2009 Holden Cruze went into catastrophic engine failure and with his advice, I was able to make a claim and fix my car. Without his expert advice we would be baffled on why are car engine failed.

I asked a legal question and did not get the answer to it though I did my best to formulate it clearly. I requested the payment to be refunded. The refund was processed in full within a couple of hours after I requested it.
From my stand-point, Just Answer is the perfect business that keeps its obligations.
It isn't easy to understand other person by mail, I learned it being almost 25 years in business. However, keeping one's promise that is a must. And JustAnswer is the perfect reliable business. I shall certainly recommend it.

I had a major problem with my Windows 10 computer. Could not find a phone number for Microsoft Help. Found JustAnswer and a nice customer tech named John. I have had good Answers in the past, including a issue about removal of a difficult Head Lamp; that needed someone with Hands On Experience. However my recent Fault Submission it could not be answered - so with no delay my Payment was Fully Refunded. You can not ask for any more than that. I received a quick response to my question about a medical issue I am having. For $5 I got more help from a doctor on here than I have at my actual doctor, but with this information I received I now have a list of things that need to be tested for to take with me to my next appointment. Since it came from an OB/GYN, I am hoping that my doctor will stop acting like I am making things up.
The only negatives I found was the assistant did not bother to read what I was telling her at one point, which seemed irresponsible considering it was a description of the problem that she tried to gloss over and change to something completely different. I also may have missed it, but I didn't see anywhere about how much it would cost to "speak" to a professional until it came time to pay up. While $5.00 is a bargain, I think this should be placed somewhere in a clear, up front, position on the site. (Again, if it is, and I didn't see it because of coming in through a Google search, or other fault of my own, I apologize).

I have chosen to handle the probate of my mother's estate myself. The JustAnswer legal experts have been very helpful in guiding me through the process.
