Our 12 year old dog, Molly, developed wheezing after a walk along the river and we're about 1000 miles from home, so we asked JustAnswer for a vet. Within moments we were involved in a phone conversation with a lovely man who asked many questions, listened carefully to my responses and listened to Molly's breathing while I put the phone to her chest. He recommended Benadryl and that we take her to a local vet if the problem didn't subside within 24 hours. I'm glad to report the Benadryl has worked and Molly is feeling fine again.
My only suggestion for improving the site would be that they ask if you would like a membership before automatically enrolling you. I have used the service twice in four years and am happy to pay for the services used, as they are used, but don't want to pay a monthly charge to be a "member".
