I was currently on a new medication that seemed to be giving me daily headaches. I needed to know how to stop the medication because I was feeling really unwell and wasn't seeing my doctor until April. Dr. Bridget was quick, friendly and provided me with the answers I needed. Now I feel confident that I will be able to discontinue this medication for the time being without any problems with withdrawal or interactions with all of my other medications. I would trust Dr. Bridget to help me again with my medical/ drug questions. The headache I was experiencing was bad enough that I didn't want to leave my bed. This way, I got the answers I needed without leaving my room. I could continue to rest and still get the answers I needed. Thank you Dr. Bridget. I will definitely use this service again and tell my family, staff and patients about it.

I've only used it for a few hours just to figure out some things. I can honestly say that it really is any amazing app for anything. The doctors were really sweet and I even asked them for advice that was so out of topic from the question I asked initially. Regardless of it being so different they listened, despite it not being a medical problem. They have helped a lot and actually made me realize a few things. I can honestly say it was worth the $5. Thank you.

Dr Perry was super helpful in a stressful time where we would otherwise would have had to go to an after-hours vet which would've cost much more for the same info. Really appreciate this type of service when it's not life threatening but you're still concerned about your pet's wellbeing and comfort and Dr. Perry was able to give us some peace of mind and some things to get us through the night before getting long-term treatment/solution the next day. Thank you!

I have been with Just Answers for over 9 years; and I can say that I can not do without it. It has been so helpful and beneficial to me and my family in all areas. I won a speeding ticket in court with the advice given to me; I did not have to buy a dryer, with the help of them; when my niece was sick, I was told what to do and it helped; when I did not understand a legal issue, they were there to help me; if I was not sure about an etiquette issue, I was given the correct thing to do; I had a dream that bothered me and there was someone to explain it to me. I could go on an on about how Just Answers has been of such tremendous help to me. It is so much worth the monthly fee to be able to get the help and answers I need right then and not have to make appointments or pay for repairs that I can do myself.

Praveen was wonderful I bought a new printer for my old Mac and spent the better part of the day installing it. Still would not print. My service tech, Praveen, worked with me for half of the next day and was so patient. He continued when I was ready to give up. He finally got the thing to work perfectly. I just need a new computer. He was great. He followed through with emails to make sure it was still working right. He really cared.
