Due to address, email, and phone number changes I was unable to access my SS account on line to obtain a copy of my 1099. I tried several times to contact SS by phone with no luck due to extremely long wait times and no returned phone calls. Tech Justin provided outstanding service. He walked me through multiple scenarios. Most I had already tried, his reassurance let me know I was on the right track. He gave me a couple other things to try and I believe the left door switch may be the issue. For those who may try removing the left door switch. Pull out then up to unplug, no wires come with it so when reinstalling a flathead screwdriver is your friend.

The mechanic answered my questions, of course it was over the phone but now I have more information to get the issue resolved.
