I have used online support services from many companies over many year. Jenny James was the best experience that I have ever had! She was very professional, very knowledgeable and a delight to work with. She calmly provided me with all the information that I needed and patiently worked through a number of issues that I experienced with the TurboTax web site. Intuit has hired a gem!

This has happened several times before with the 2023 Range Rover in not starting. Right after purchase was the first time and subsequently several times since. They kept it for 6 weeks to diagnose the issue. It started for the service department but no definitive answer except for pretty much what the Just Answer provided.

I was very troublesome, not that Just Answers did not answers questions, it was because the Georgia Gateway website was not cooperating with the suggested solution to the problem.

I got my refund as just answer was not what I needed.

Dog ate half a garlic bulb and I was very nervous about the toxic amount for a dog his size. The vet tech and Vet helped me calculate the amount and figured out it was within safe limits. This saved me driving to a 24hr emergency vet to get charcoal. Very satisfying experience and allowed me to sleep knowing Miles was going to be OK.
