Had a problem with Uber driver Ignacio. He arrived 45 minutes before the time I had booked and tried to get me to use him instead of the original driver booked for 8:30 I told him I had called and messaged and the phone number doesn't work that he gave he continued to negotiate with me to try to get me to go early and I said no he said then cancel I did and he charged me $65.
Found *Just sAnswer* service on google. I called got female rep in India (no surprise) very kind well-trained and well spoken. Run through the whole thing with her must have taken 35 minutes at least she contacted Uber documented everything and I have full faith that this will get taken care of

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
