I was on Google and then from somewhere Just Answer popped up from somewhere and said for a dollar they would answer my question.Somehow I got signed up and charged 35$ on Oct 16 and 35$ on Oct 19th.I didn't go to Just Answer they came on my Google search.I got fed up on waiting for their expert and clicked off without an expert answer. And here I am 70$ later signed up to this.I didn't come to Just Answer they popped up on my Google Search.I want a refund and a CANCELATION from this site immediately.

I asked a question about Facebook. JustAnswer indicated I would be charged $1.00 - which is totally refundable, but then they charged me another $55. After I got an expert, that expert wanted to then charge me another $48.75 to connect to my Facebook remotely so they could try and fix the problem. Too many hidden charges and I'm not sure if it would have gone up from there. I got out and cancelled my membership. You would think the $55 charge would cover receiving the answer.

I agreed for the $5 question fee and found a $40 membership fee. After calling I found out that it is non refundable, so I paid 45 for a question that didn't get a good answer for since the tech isn't on site. Paying an actual tech to come out now. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE!

I was on google with they popped up.It told me I could get an answer from an expert.It said it would cost 2 dollars to get an answer. I got the answer and clicked it off.I didn't sign up for a subscription at 35 dollars a month. I WANT NOTHING MORE TO DO9 WITH THEM!

These people are SCAM ARTISTs! When you are in a panic about your pet, they make it look like you will be charged $5 for an answer and then take FOREVER to give you an answer. ( I was already at the vets office when I finally got an answer). Then they automatically sign you up for a $35 per month fee and won't refund this when you realize it because you "asked a question". This is not made clear on their web site. Look for yourself.

This is just a scam I tried to cancel this order but they would not refund do not buy this product

Charged me $40 after telling me it would be $5. Non refundable because I asked one question. Such a waste of time and money on this scam

Update: JustAnswer refunded my 'membership fee' of £50 today, and offered this without me asking, via this platform. They did what they said that would do, and I hope you all get the same service. But they still need to attend to online transparency in their contracting.

How incredibly unethical - but no doubt legal, given what they do. And that's the highly unethical thing about JustAnswer. How could I have been so stupid!
They advertise using a highly deceptive, fake review (which is illegal according to sotejabber). The reviewer says it cost him £5 and was incredibly helpful. So, I paid £5 and got my response, which didn't put me in a different position legally, and told me what I already knew. I thought 'Oh well, it cost me a fiver so worth a punt, right?' WRONG! Just noticed a £50 MEMBERSHIP CHARGE! Who has a membership for legal advice? Me, apparently. I'll be disputing this payment with my credit card company tomorrow, and ask them to block the company from taking further payments. They misrepresent what they're offering, and used a fake review, and this is FRAUD. I'll call the UK number, but won't be holding my breath…

Signing up through PayPal was a mistake as the one time became monthly and ended up paying months of service I didn't want or need. Kind of sneaky.

Terrible service Do not use.
Waited 39 minute for a reply couldn't wait any longer, went to YouTube found the answer. Then got a useless message from a mechanic. Now theve stolen £28 from my account. Ease do not use these scammers.

They advertise 5$, a refund as well, then secretly charge you 39$ after the first question then tell you that you agreed the terms and service by doing so, biggest scam ever! AVOID

When I called for a free consultation I was charged $65, after the fact, to talk to a lawyer who did not even practice law in my state. The answer was worthless. I immediately cancelled and was charged the $65. Do not use them!

Be prepared to pay $39, no free 1 week trial. No refund! Told them the links on website keep returning 'Bad request', AI enabled so here is the future.

They said it was a one time flat fee to answer a question. They have since been charging me $35 a month. I disputed with my bank and had to cancel my debit card and order a new one.
I should have known with the initial charge when it was put in and taken back out six separate times, and Wells Fargo texted me about possible fraud.
Steer clear of this website!

I had a skin flare up issue and thought to check online with dermatologist, Dr NicholasM attended the call and after asking me to send my skin pictures, no answer at all. My 5 GBP was also cut from the credit card and credit card also compromised as i saw a fraudulent ransaction attemping to my credit card after this transaction. Its utterly shocking and do not trust this website. Its been more than 20 minutes now and no reply from doctor. Fake fake fake

This company told me after I posted my question that there was a $1 dollar fully refundable charge. When I went to their site It covered the $1 AND then said there was a $46 fee. I do not know that I literally signed on, but apparently I did. I will never go on this site as these charges are horrible and apparently when you go to this page, it signed you up automatically... I would warn others of this site that automatically sign you up.
