Forex account

I still have my account frozen from neex and forex. They will not let me withdraw any funds abd want me to put $25,590 dollars more into my account and then give them a front and back photo of my Driver's license. I gad a bad stroke and can't figure out how to do it. I had help from a person Recently met on WhatsApp help me create this account. It is an impossibility for me to come up with another $25,000 dollars. They are scamming me! I filled out online forms with the FBI but I don't think thus forex is located in the USA. Should and how do I contact Interpol? Thank you.

Professional and experienced

Randall was able to communicate several options for me to look into. We were traveling in our RV at the time and couldn't try anything he suggested until we get to our final destination. I know I can always call back if I need further instructions.

Dog medicine mixup

Our small dog took our large dog medicine in error and the vet. I spoke to addressed all my concerns and even after I had left for about an hour came back and she's still made me feel comfortable with all the answers.

This is a great service for those with limited access to exotic vets. My first contact was not satisfactory so they offered me a second one. The second one took a much more detailed history and viewed the photos I had sent. I was very happy with the second that I talked to. The first one was nice, but did not look at pictures or ask much history. The first one made a diagnosis just on the complaint and I did not feel confident in that.

My friends 3 week old kitten was poisoned inadvertently (pine oil is toxic to cats, who knew?!) Just answers helped us know what to do and explained what might happen if we don't. We got Her to the vet asap and could have lost her if we didn't.

I was glad to hear a calm voice and a lot of reassurances from someone who seemed so friendly. I thought it was going to be nerve wracking but he made me feel I could do it. I was glad he helped me because I suffer from Anxiety and was relieved that I could follow him when he spoke to me, he made sure I understood why and what each step meant. I am happy that I DID IT! When I initiated my chat regarding a GE dishwasher, the on-screen blurb said my interaction was subject to a "$5 fully refundable" fee. But within moments of ending my chat, I was charged the first of a monthly membership fee of $65. Customer service agent said that was clearly displayed when I started the chat but I'm a retired corporate lawyer - I don't tend to miss such things. It all worked out - JA reversed the charge - but the tempting $5 blurb needs to just as clearly say that by entering into a chat, one is actually joining JA at a cost of $65/mo.

Locked out

I was beside myself. I had been locked out and I didn't know it until I went to send my daily report to my doctor. I didn't know what to do. Thanks to Stefan, he calmed me and just took care of my issue and he made it simple. Most times the people on the other end assume that the caller understands what they are talking about. We need them to dumb-it- down for us. Or they get perturbed and make the person feel stupid. I'm a senior citizen, I never claimed to be smart or a genius, but neither am I stupid. We need more people like Stefan (Sorry if I spelled name wrong.)please let him know I am in his debt.

Dead EV vehicle

Contacted your company and pay five dollars to the credit card and they gave me a phone call from a reputable EV mechanic. This guy was very knowledgable and he told me exactly what was wrong with the vehicle which was minor and the vehicle is now being repaired. Thank you very much and it was the first time I use this company and I'm very very very satisfied

Fridge Mold advice

I asked for advice on how to clean my fridge that had mold that I tried to clean (I went on vacation for four weeks and turned my fridge off - bad idea.) I cleaned what I could on the inside of both freezer and fridge with diluted bleach, but there is still a mold smell.

I got instruction on how to remove the control housing and empty the drain pan. I'll probably still turn it over to a professional, but at least I know what needs to be done - and that something can and likely needs to be done.
