Three days ago I discovered an error message on the front panel of my Kenmore (LG) French door refrigerator: "Er IF" and attempted to search for the meaning. Finally I went to Google, entered the message and was referred to "Just Answer." I was connected with Matt who phoned me and described the meaning of the message--that "the defrost fan was frozen." He made several suggestions of how to attend to this situation--all of which an 84 yr. Old women was not able to tackle along. 24 hours following this phone call I discovered that the error message was no long showing on the panel and there was a puddle on the floor in front of the fridge, the ice maker was working along with the water dispenser. It is now another 24 hrs. Since this discovery and so far, so good! I will be on alert from here on to make sure the French doors are securely closed so as to keep any air out which causes the ice buildup, etc. Matt was very clear in his evaluation and patient with me.

For the first time ever, my Chihuahua was rubbing his ears and foaming at the mouth. So I found just answer and in less than 30 minutes the veterinarian told me he had an ear infection and he needed to go to a vet office. Because it was 3.14 ( Pi day), I thought it would be nice to send out a bit of humor using the Greek symbol for Pi. Internet said easy, do this, that, and the other and bingo phone language is now Greek. But, no way, no how can I do anything in Greek on my phone. $39 for my requested fix job
I emailed JestAnswer to say $55 or $39 but not both. Result is my account has been cancelled and all three charges are still pending. And, they asked for a review.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
