I wish I could give them zero stars. When looking to have a question answered it is not only $2 to answer. Rather it is $2 plus $86 per month every month until you realize and cancel. They claim to be fully refundable but, this is not true. Even after stating I have never wanted a monthly membership and never using their services in the months being charged they will not refund at all nor do they care. This is false advertisement. This is them being snakes and robbing people of their money. This is horrible and so is customer service. Trained to deal with the constant complaints and talking over you and just saying... yes. I understand but...were not doing anything about it. Monsters. Goodbye. Beware people.
I couldn't be more happy with the help I received from Matthew the technician. I have the parts needed on order and should be up and running as soon as it comes in. My entire conversation took no more than 5 minutes. I had done a bit of trouble shooting to be able to provide as much information as possible and he knew the problem immediately. Matthew sent a video showing how to change the part and assured me it is fairly simple. I repair a lot of my stuff so I feel confident after speaking with him that I will get it done.
Clear and concise answers all done in a few minutes. Highly recommended. Thanks

Don't trust this company. They quote you a price which they have you believe is a one off payment. They then charge you for membership, which they have in tiny writing as a part of their Ts&Cs. Even when you have asked nothing further and they have charged you separately for your actual question, they use your bank details to charge over 4 times the amount of your initial fee. They then refuse to refund you even when you prove you have not used their services again or guarantee you will not use them in the future. Shocking abuse of power when people are vulnerable and desperate for help.

The dr was very informative and walked me thru some issue after my dog bit into a albuterol inhaler cannister
I was worried that my puppies spay incision was oozing. Since it was Sunday my vet was closed. Sent picture to the online vet, and she was able to tell me the incision looked fine. Put my worries to rest! Thank you.
The person that helped me this week was amazing...he nailed it pretty quick but required lots of info from me to require lots of back & forth between us. Otherwise he could not have done such an excellent analysis/&come to the perfect conclusion which was that the shipper was not Sears it was the marketplace seller and showed how to locate the name of the third party that probably will ship on time...and that's what happened after several calls as he advised my beautiful microwave will arrive tomorrow eventhough the tracking was not working for me but it worked for the marketplace seller/shipper.
The downside to my experience is the maddening interrupting constant attempt to get feedback on this person when he only had introduced himself and your interruptions with surveys were not reasonable...wait till the call is over you distracted me so many times it really confused me a lot.YES I always want to rate the person helping me and I will be so happy to do so for Just Answer...just be patient with this business model I have experienced the 3 times I needed your great service...You are great just some suggestion how to be patient until interactions are close to the end to start the survey interruptions...please
The TAX lawyer was very helpful. He gave me a list of what I needed to prove my case. Exact, specific details. He gave me the information needed to hopefully beat the school districts appeal of my real estate tax assessment.JustAnswer is a great resource to have available.
The tech I spoke to was fantastic. Ultimately, I wasn't able to solve my problem with the help of the JustAnswer Plumber and I had to call a plumber out. Turns out, technically, the JustAnswer Plumber was right. The problem wasn't with my water heater. I had a cross connection at a failed shower valve.
I was broken down on side of road desperate for an answer and their website Said "ask a mechanic a question for $2. Guaranteed refund if it doesn't help"
They charged me $50! And then wouldn't refund!

The gentleman I worked with almost had me back on but we lost our connection. I waited for him to come back on but he never did. I got hold of Howley's and they hooked me up.
I was having difficulty finding an answer to a financial/tax situation. There seemed to be no reliable source that could actually help me solve my situation. I turned to JustAnswer and the very first expert assigned to me had the solution I was looking for. Right away and in two sentences. Made a huge difference in the favorable outcome of my problem. My blower motor stopped working in our 2005 Chevy SilveradoTruck. When the engine was off and the key out the motor still ran. I new that if the motor kept running it could run the battery down. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
