The generator in our RV wasn't starting and we were surprised because it's a new generator and it was working fine a week before this happened. We called mechanics who told us something that would require us to bring it into a shop, but Randall from "Just Answer" calls us and asks us questions about the RV and the generator and then with his clear checklist and explanation, we were able to identify the issue and have the generator start up again. It was a simple fix! Randall was more knowledgeable then any of the local mechanics we talked to. He gave us clear next steps which made us feeling more comfortable about being new RV owners.
Asked two questions and got very helpful answers. There was a bit of glitch getting the questions through, but finally got everything I needed. Thank you!

Effective communication. Fast and straight to the point
I was having problems with "400 bad request". I contacted Just Answer for help and Andy came to the rescue. He was so helpful and very patient with me. In the end he suggested I go to one of the AT&T Stores to have them reset my phone. I will go there first thing in the morning! I signed up with Just Answer for a monthly fee and I can contact them the next time I have some computer problems. I highly recommend Just Answer if you are having computer problems! You won't regret it!

Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
