Our kenmore dishwasher squealed and the emitted a burning rubber smell. And then would not drain the water in the bottom. After texting with the expert he determined it was the drain pump. We watched the video he recommended for us to watch and it showed how to remove the pump and sure enough a small chard of glass had lodged itself on the blades of the pump and had unfortunately shorn off 3 of the blades so we were not able to reuse it, but we did order a new one. So until we reinstall the new one, we aren't 100% sure of the repair. But hopefully that will have been the only issue.

The very knowledge, caring, and understanding doctor was very patient and listened as I explained all my strange illnesses and symptoms over the course of the last 6 months and as I went over the different clinics I had been too and doctors I had seen. And, he was able to assess what was going on with me right away, what I needed to do and how to go about it.
