Joey the lawyer gave amazing advice to help me deal with a problem I was having with a tenant. He called right away and the signup process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this app and the experts on it are 100% legitimate.

I thought the service was free but there was a $5 fee which I would say is worth the information you can get. Someone named Dan helped me he answered my questions and told me what I could do and told me if it didn't work to then get a lawyer. I never knew what he told was an option. I hope it works if not I no there isn't more I can do besides get a lawyer.

I reached out to get some feedback. I tried the typical unplug it and plug it back it technique and it still didn't work. Louis reached out to me pretty quick. I told him my issues and he gave me a straightforward response. He didn't take me through things I already did. Was recommended a replacement part and was given the user interface number to look for. He did just what I needed and that was to sign on to my computer. He was able to move around in the computer like I couldn't.

Just take pics and ask. Sure beats going around to different places to try to get an answer. I would pay more for the gas and time than I do on Just Answer. Will definately use again.
