Honda Civic Fails to Start

My wife's Honda Civic failed to start. There were several amber warning lights on which made no sense to me and were not discussed in the owner's manual. Google provided a link to JustAnswer when I described the issue and the lights/. Kevin provided a series of possible solutions and the most probable cause and fix. His discussion of the probable cause and solution -- replace the 5-year-old battery -- did the trick.

A pup that gets everything!

Dr Mike was very understanding and helpful with what to do for our jack russel/ pug mix that is always into something! This time decided to eat an elf on the shelf chocolate bar from a gift! His belly was a bit upset! He is on the mend though! Thank you Dr Mike!

It was late at night Dec. 23 and my range froze up with a strange symbol. I contacted Just Answer through GE support. They make you pay $5 and enroll in an annual fee to get help. I was expecting a tech person to call me, but after 30 minutes, it was late, I gave up. This morning I had emails from a bot. I answered them and got the answer I needed. All fixed now.

Christmas Tencil GONE

Was wrapping presents by myself not a cat insight. Cut a piece of ribbon laid it down to finishe cutting and BAM it was gone. Looked up to see my black sphynx with red hanging out of his mouth. Dis the crucial mistake and reached to grab it. Game On. Hswallowed The Who thing. Googles it scared myself senseless ER vet is 2 hrs away. He's a rescue and not very cooperative. Called TELEDR DR Scott very reassuring and helpful made the solution ans waited. Stressing the whole time. Finally went to sleep and at 3:17 am was blessed with that sound every cat owner knows and there was the ribbon. Thank you Dr Scott for being so helpful. To everyone else the reason this might have worked so well is I called teledr within 15 minutes of him eating it. Fast response was the key.

They told me what to look for. Our local vets are full so I would have to drive an hour over the border to the US but road conditions won't allow it today. Since last night the cat vomited a lot but still won't eat. I'll try to at least phone a vet. Thanks for the help.

Ice maker codes

The icemaker quit due to calcium buildup in the tray. The ice wouldn't drop so I tried to clean it with vinegar and that didn't work, so time for a new one. I installed the new one and the new one didn't work properly. I used JustAnswer to help with the diagnosis and with their help the problem was resolved.
