My wife's Honda Civic failed to start. There were several amber warning lights on which made no sense to me and were not discussed in the owner's manual. It was late at night Dec. 23 and my range froze up with a strange symbol. I contacted Just Answer through GE support. They make you pay $5 and enroll in an annual fee to get help. I was expecting a tech person to call me, but after 30 minutes, it was late, I gave up. This morning I had emails from a bot. I answered them and got the answer I needed. All fixed now.
The tech was helpful but his solution did not correct the problem. After contacting a local repair service and explaining the problem it was determined not worth fixing the unit.

Called TELEDR DR Scott very reassuring and helpful made the solution ans waited. Stressing the whole time. Finally went to sleep and at 3:17 am was blessed with that sound every cat owner knows and there was the ribbon. Thank you Dr Scott for being so helpful. To everyone else the reason this might have worked so well is I called teledr within 15 minutes of him eating it. Fast response was the key.
They told me what to look for. Our local vets are full so I would have to drive an hour over the border to the US but road conditions won't allow it today. Since last night the cat vomited a lot but still won't eat. I'll try to at least phone a vet. Thanks for the help.
