My dog all of a sudden wouldn't eat as normal and then she started throwing up. I googled the symptoms and answered a few questions and was connected with a vet. She informed me to get my Bella to a vet ASAP.

Why did it take two days to get the right person on the phone? She was great. I told him I am old and can't hear. I thought they should've quickly put a live person and help me do the right thing.

H&R Block software let me set a future filing date for my return. I thought this meant the system would automatically file on that date. Ravi advised me that in fact it just meant it wouldn't wouldn't file on the date I completed the return. No automatic filing, no email as a reminder.
