Send something to the printer. Printer thought it was out of paper; it was not. Then it said cartridges were low, so i put in the new HP cartridges. Then it said the door was still open; it was not. I tried to power down the HP but it would not. A few minutes later I got message 001B5D09 on a blue screen.
The helper who called had me unplug the printer; plug back in. Then it wanted to align the new cartridges so I did. It was happy then, so I submitted my print job and it came out fine. ALso suggested if more issues, perhaps should REMOVE the printer from my MAC and then reapply it.
Drew spent a lot of time chatting with me and together we came to a planned resolution. Doing chats is always cumbersome and rather slow, but I could not have asked for a more helpful expert. Thanks Drew!

My experience was good however the accent is an issue although he spoke very clearly. I have trouble with hearing some words when speaking with people from India.
Also I felt after 5 minutes he was ready to hang up but my issue was only resolved temporarily.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
