My baby girl was so so sick! Our home flooded and while evacuating she either drank the food water or got into something and became lethargic and would not eat or drink. She then began vomiting. Her blood sugar level dropped dramatically. The vet was very easily reached and told me exactly what to do! My sweet girl is now back to her fiery self!

I love that there are so many different experts that I can deal with. Specifically i've been working with estate sales. I needed Antique experts to help and Michelle was incredible. She gave so much detail which helped me post items for sale for my clients. Additionally, my car cut out, and I had to reach mechanic and get immediate assistance during a holiday. It was wonderful to be able to deal with the US expert, during this time help me facilitate what was going on with my car.
Our Westinghouse refrigerator stopped working, I contacted their online service and asked to talk direct to a technician. After about 10 minutes a technician from Australia contacted me and was able to assist in getting our refrigerator working again.
I asked a question and it was answered within a half hour via a phone call, which is what I requested. Very professional.

The vet was wonderfully and helpful, even checked up on us. I have no problem with him at all. But I got a expected $5.00 charge PLUS a unexpected $28. Charge as I had joined a membership to be charged $28 a month without being aware of that! I don't recall any of that and wondered if I was tricked! Anyway, I just cancelled it. Again, no problem with the vet. He was very helpful

Of hydrogen peroxide to make her throw up and she didn't and it was at 6:00 at night so there were no vets available to me so I was at a loss so I use d just answer and got a hold of Dr Nikko and he is the best he told me what to do he called back to make sure she was okay he even called back the next morning to make sure she was okay he told me how to monitor a heart rate just most awesomest vet and a very great person so I very highly recommend just answer if you're going to use Dr Nikko or probably any of their people there are awesome

Jim JustAnswer worked very well for us. The gentleman helped us step-by-step to take care of. It was patient with us as we walked through the steps to get our problem solved. The only thing that I don't appreciate was I was told I was gonna pay five dollars to ask the question and wound up getting charged $30 And I canceled the subscription five dollars to ask ask a question is fine but $30 on a monthly prescription isn't fair.

Dermavel refused to allow me to return a product. I paid $169.15 for the product & $45 to Just Answer. I think Dermavel is a fraudulent business.
The technician, Mitchell CEI, was unsuccessful in resolving my issue: to wit, stop an intermittent banner from displaying during a program. After only a few minutes he referred me to Hitachi.
I was very concerned about my cat Cowboy. He was pulling his fur out. I called and talked with Dr. Rebecca. She gave me several reasons why this was happening and told me what I should try to correct this issue. When I hung up I was greatly relived. I am very pleased with JustAnswer and would recommend this site to family and all of my friends.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
