Mark was incredible, he hadn't dealt with my type of washer/dryer in one unit before, but he went above and beyond to figure out what I needed to do. He found 2 different sites that had the schematics and then found a video that he watched first to ensure it would be what I needed. I really appreciate Mark and all the time he put into helping me find my problem.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
