I was away from home at work, and my daughter called with some concern about our cat making choking noises and being very restless. The vet gave us some good ideas on things to watch for and helped my daughter calm down since she was home with the cat alone.

Panic in Alaska

Strong effort and good results

Technical support assistance went through all the steps to solve the problem and referred me to the tech support line. This tech completed the job and verified my need for a new printer which I have accepted so I can get on with the convenience of a home printer access through my iPhone. Thanks

My furnace was out and "AirHeatman" was able to walk me through trouble shooting. Let me just say that I was way out of my element here but he was very patient with me and walked me through everything step by step with picture support. It ended up just being a blown fuse… certainly better than frozen pipes when bitter cold inevitably sets in. Thanks guy!

Super Convenient

With my hectic schedule and not being able yo run my puppy into the vet immediately, I was able to get a licensed vets direct suggestions remotely so that i could easily assess if I needed to rearrange my life to get her in or not. It was definitely worth it and all is good because of it.

R v park eviction without cause

Dr Hains was wonderful

My dog Katie ate my Tylenol which I was always told it would kill a dog. Dr Hains was wonderful told me she would not die I gave her hydrogen peroxide to make her throw up. He calculated everything out her weight and how much the time how many milligrams of Tylenol was he did a lot of figuring and he said she did not have a lethal dose. Very satisfied thank you so much. Have a happy holiday I will now let the Pittman.

Chewing GUM incident

My fur baby Teddy ate for pieces of GUM containing Xylitol - I knew ot was highly toxic to dogs and was frantic - - of course it's a Saturday during Christmas week and called and text the chat 💬 and immediately put through to the most kind and thoughtful vet who walked me through the details and next steps - I can't thank them enough! Knowing chocolate is toxic to dogs, I googled for direction on what to do. Found a link to JustAnswer and was connected to a vet in@3 minutes! The vet provided quick and detailed instructions on how to induce vomiting and provided after care instructions. Bailey's amount of chocolate ingestion required this action. The vet was online chatting the entire time! Bailey is doing fine and I was able to avoid a costly and time consuming vet visit. It was a great experience in fixing what could have been a devastating situation.
