I was very satisfied with the conversation I had with the person I spoke with but not at all happy that it wasn't explained to me I would be charged $55 at the end of our conversation. I understood there would be a $5 refundable charge but the $55 came as a complete surprise. I was not at all happy about that. I do not wish to have my name printered for other to read. This is my opinion and does not have to be read by others.
This business is a scam. They advertise a small $2 charge for answers but discretely sign you up for an outrageous monthly subscription fee without being upfront about it. It's hidden in the fine print and is slimey and a scam. Avoid at all costs!

While they did not help with my question I mistakenly signed up for a monthly contract with them. When i realized that and talked to them they refunded the $55/monthly fee I was charged. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
