Had a MFC 7340 which is no exactly new anymore but but a "Boomer" we tend to try and fix vs tossing to the garbage. Anyhow took only a few steps that I would have never figured out on my own to do a "drum reset". Apparently there is a back door set of keys to access the menu needed to reset it and it was fixed in hardly no time. Amazing part was that techie's level of patience with me! Kinda a memorable experience. In a good way.
6am Sunday morning leading into Christmas is NOT the ideal time to panic and search for answers about whether your beloved fur baby is going to live through ingesting 8-10 caramels wrapped in 2x2" squares of wax pepper!
But I left the candy bowl on the end table after a Christmas party last night, so here we are!
I immediately searched online for a vet to help me with next steps. In just a matter of minutes, Dr Erica Childress came to the rescue! She gave me sound advice and assured me that, if I followed the steps, all should be well.
I still have a little waiting to do to see if the wax paper passes but at least I'm not panicking like I was. My puppy needs me to be calm and loving so she can get through the next few days without too much discomfort.
I'm so appreciative this service is readily available for dumb, careless dog moms like me. Sheesh! Lesson Learned!
Good and informed advice given on my car 's oversized snow tires
The answer was adequate, but all I wanted is an answer to a one time question. I didn't want to join any membership! You advertised it would cost $5 ….but once I paid, it said I joined membership for $45! I cancelled this "automatic renewal" membership, but you still took my $45! Now I have a subscription for one year….but I will not be using your service gain!

Overall,the experience was a learning lesson. Simply because it was our first time using it. However my nieces health has improved because of the advice I was given by the doctor. I would likely recommend this service to my friends and family.
The advice & recommendations I received from the legal expert was very informative. He listened to my situation and was very receptive to my questions. He gave clear and thorough information. I'm also really happy that I received a timely return call especially since it was a Sunday afternoon. My only regret is that I didn't register for an account prior to speaking to a lawyer. Mind you it is a membership and you have to pay the initial $5 fee and a fee of $46 the month prior to getting any advice. You have to cancel within 30 days so you are not the next monthly fee. You can pay by debit, ApplePay or PayPal. I paid using ApplePay as I have to approve of the transaction. It was good to have some informative & timely advice. FYI, make sure that you don't have phone blocking on or enabled for unknown numbers like did. Turn off and call gets right through. Good luck to you!

It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
