I was having issues with my emails and the expert wasn't much help. The expert took a long time to answer me and my issues still isn't resolved.
It was okay. I believe she gave me the only she could. I was disappointed to get answer. I was on the social site and thought I was getting a social security representative who could get my what I needed.
I wanted to veriy an email that I alledgely received from Walmart. I went to the chat line and with one or two questions, the agent connected me to a JustAnser technician who was SO helpful! He was very professional and made me feel at ease during the event. The next morning, I completed his instructions, which involved letting the range dry out over night and it was fixed. He also explained how to proceed/next steps if the problem was still there. I was very satisfied with the help and will likely call just ask again if I need help again.
I went online, gave my request to have an consultation. I did state my case. I was told that I would get a call. It was stated that a call was given, which I did not talk to anyone. There were no second call, if there was a first. I did not get any counsel for the fee that I paid up front. I am totally frustrated.

Answer: I got scammed last year for just over $50k on what I thought was a legit investment site. Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
