He asked me a few questions pertinent to the problem. I gave him the answers. He made a couple suggestions and then he hooked me up with a technician that was right on and gave me a site that I could even look up the part I needed on.

It wasn't Justin's fault that I couldn't do it on my phone to cancel Peacock but I did not get an answer and then you charge me $47 or so and I am not happy with your service

I spoke with Randall who was very professional, kind, and very knowledgeable. Looked up wiring diagrams for current situation and was able to diagnose the problem. I opted for a phone call over text message. Definetly saved money versus trying to fix the problem and causing more damage. Thank you Randall.

My second (different) question was also to a mechanic who was condescending and way off on his diagnosis. However, my third question was to an attorney who responded quickly, thoroughly and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. Will absolutely continue to use this service.
