I can now use my scanner. I would have given my tech more stars if you asked after we were done instead of when we first started.

I will still need to contact a local attorney eventually but I had no idea where to start with my predicament. The lawyer gave me a very simple solution as to how to approach my employer in a non confrontational manor so we can work through the issues 1 by 1. We can then have a contract drawn up that we mutually agree on. In the end both our interests will be protected. Thank you!

I need some guidance on a sick feral kitty that I tried to help. I had been feeding him for a year; I knew he was old and he turned up very ill a couple days ago. I tried to trap him and was unable to do so. I found him deceased today; I'm heartbroken bc he was all alone. I received immediate attention on a Saturday afternoon, for my questions in the online chat and follow up with the Vet Doc.

The tech was very nice and well informed but was not able to solve my problem. She transferred me to an Apple tech who was able to resolve the problem in minutes.

I asked about a number I was to be given when I filled out a disability tax credit form. I was told I ned the number to give to the doctor. The CPA said I don't need a number to give to the doctor. I called the CRA and told them my problem and they said I do need a number to give to my doctor. They provided what I needed, were very nice and helpful and explained everything to me. So best to go to the source to get the right informtion.

I was kind of debating in my mind what I thought was wrong with my dog and if I should take her to a veterinarian on Sunday afternoon or what so I got so I found this place online and I got the answers that I needed confirmation tomorrow

Thanks for just answer, I did not know why my car was not starting, while everything thing else was, I text just answer and they got me to a Macanic who knew what my problem was, and help me right away. Best money well spent, and I did not have to pay a garage to tow and for switch out a battery.

I called because I had a very swollen lymph node when I woke up and Im still recovering from the flu, with some cold virus...well, I didn't know if I needed to go back to urgent care but he assured me it wasn't an emergency and to just get in with my primary doc asap so he actually saved me a lot of $$ plus my time! So I made it to work early still. Thank you very much!

I was asking how to recover a deleted email account from Google services and I followed the instructions and it couldn't t verify because the email account wasn t recovered for me to get into the email to to get a emailed code so it's still not recovered
