For several months, my husband, having his sound on with his iPhone Pro Max, was unable to hear a tone/sound letting him know I had texted him. For all other text messages coming in from other people, his phone alerted him each time.
The first tech who tried to help me was unable to do so and she gave me the contact info to reach Apple Support.
Before ending my connection with Just Answer, I was given the chance to connect to one more technician free of charge. The second technician was able to resolve the issue.
I am relieved that my husband can now be alerted to my incoming text messages to him.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
