Great troubleshooter

Adam was able to help me figure out a pretty complicated problem with my water dispenser in my fridge without being able to get his hands on the service manual. I live in a Remote community and if I didn't fix this thing, it wasn't gonna get fixed. I'm in Northern Quebec. He's in California and we got it done.!

Watch out for the small print

My experience was great with Chris, the advisor I spoke with. But I didn't realize what the final charge was going to be, and that it was going to put me on a continuous monthly charge. But over all it was a good experience, and the advisor was quick to answer my question.

Pearl is a gem! Luis walked me through this lame chick's attempts to follow instructions which, for ADHD unfortunates, is tough. He is patient, knowledgeable, and personable, which was evident vis a vis his words. Same with Pearl. Beyond grateful! 10 stars!

Great Insight & Perspective

I was really frustrated with my diy attempt so I tried Just Answer. While I didn't get the answer I wanted to hear, which was, basically, that I probably couldn't diy this one, I did get some good input on the probable causes for my issue, as well as what to request from my independent mechanic. Sometimes you just have to give in and take it in, I guess.

Question for Tax Lawyer

My experience with the tax lawyer was very positive. She was very professional, obviously knew IRS laws, and answered every one of my question. Also, she referenced every paragraf, and put in wording what I particularly needed from my obtain with regards to information from other professionals. As I was calling when it was around midnight EST, I should have expected the 3-hour wait time. I would recommend not using AI, as it is a wait of the time. You might as well use Google deep search or some other AI alternative.

Locked out

Stuck Trying to Access Netflix

After 30 minutes of trying to get past the message that I couldn't connect to Netflix because I was not connected to WiFi I decided to seek help. I was directed to Just Answer. I was asked for the make and model of my TV; my email address and my phone number. Shortly after that I hat a call.

The person I spoke to gave me very clear instructions to turn off the modem and unplug the TV. Within minutes, I plugged both back in and the television was working again. I was advised that if and when I had this problem again to follow the same directions and that should solve my problem.
The young woman I spoke to was very patient and respectful. I would definitely use this service in the future.

Clear and concise instructions
