My husband (84) and I ( 69) have a new LG Smart TV we can barely run. Last night we wanted to watch Kid Rock in a special Rodeo Event. That required us to purchase a streaming Chanel for the first time and subscribe to YouTube. None of which we had any experience with. The Just Answer Technician gave us clear, easy instructions that allowed me to successfully complete the tasks in a very short period of time.
I did not understand I was to leave the chat page to respond in my email, the information was there but I was still on the chat page.
I had a very tricky printer installation problem on a new computer. Not a self evident problem at all. Turned out to be a router problem. The tech from JUSTANSWER was great, took a lot of time and pursued the problem to the end. I've asoociated with the IT field for many years. This guy knew his way around computers and networks. Price was good.
Ray answered all my questions and gave me clear information and next steps.

The technician was awsome, but at First the saied they will charge me for a 1 eur but I was charged with monthly fee for 29 eur as subscription, But I desputed and fee was returned to my card.
I was never advised that asking an opinion generated a membership fee of $55, plus $1. I immediately told the lawyer that I did not want his services, and I wanted a refund for the amount charged to my credit card. The conversation was cut off and my credit card was charged. It was also recorded that the request was completed. The printed information that was given as a response was incorrect.

I left my question for the Dr and never heard anything from them until two hours later. And I did make it clear that the bird was in critical condition. My bird died ten minutes before I was contacted. When I wrote that I no longer needed help, that the bird had died, I still got no reply from the Dr. I do realize that the bird was very ill and was going to die anyway, but not hearing anything for two hours is not acceptable. Even if they would not have been able to help, anyway. Sadly, in my area the only avian vet was already closed and not on call.

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
