I spoke to the agent Arbil and even though he was not able to help with my issue, I hung up feeling satisfied with his answer. He was very respectful and really polite to me. He didn't let me feel stupid for asking some questions. I really appreciate that.

Great doctor

My doctor experience was great. He was very kind, personable, and genuinely interested in helping me. He gave great assistance in giving specific information and on what was wrong and what OTC items could specifically help me. Only thing I was a bit miffed at was a surprise charge for $51. I thought I had read $5. But, I was very happy with the help and utilized the service. So, I felt the charge was justified. Just would have liked to have known the cost before it came out of my account. All in all i was quite happy with the service.

Oral odor

Cat had stopped eating and was losing weight. Nose was stuffy and body frail. Dr prescribed putting meds in tuna water and spaying cat's nose with saline solution. Also putting a humidifier in the small room where cat can rest. Cat responded to the food and water.

Crisis averted

My dog ate some medicine when it fell on the floor. A quick search said the medicine could be an emergency for dogs, acting quickly was the best bet, and to seek veterinary assistance right away. My options were limited because it was a holiday weekend, my vet was closed, and the emergency vet care options in my area aren't great. In stepped JustAnswer, who assessed well and guided an in-home safety plan. 24 hours later and my dog is well. Thanks!

I had a complex question about USING EERO to extend the range of my router. I was guided with straight forward, concise instructions in plain English and non-geek wording. Well done. The cost was $45, a bit high I thought, but it saved me many hours of bad advice and guesswork
