I found out that my first floor A/C wasn't working during a massive heat wave. It didn't become noticeable immediately because the second floor A/C kept it pretty comfortable. I called my contracted A/C repair and got a voice mail, saying they'd call back. They didn't. I examined the Air handler and found an unplugged wire. I asked my computer to find me some answers. JustAnswer responded as I was A member (which I had forgotten. Within 10 minutes I was told that plugging in the was OK and it should solve the problem. It did. I suspect that the wire was disconnected by the technician who serviced it in the spring. I'm chalking it up to an error on his part.
I was spectacle about the company I ordered this product from along with this product & she was able to research & find that neither company or product was reliable that the MounjaRoot isn't what they say it is. I'm now trying to get a refund on many orders that have not yet shipped thank you

The first expert could not help us. The 2nd expert, Matthew Morrison, was awesome! He first sent us manuals and videos to watch and then we talked by phone. He spent a lot of time with us and was able to recommend. Motherboard part to order. We received it today and tried to get a hold of him to complete the job. Then phi called us and sent us the wrong video to watch, which was not for our particular machine. So my husband and I figured out how to replace it ourselves and were able to put it all back together correctly. I am happy to report the precious problem is gone and we are currently washing dishes in it! Matthew Morrison was the BEST!

Everything looked real — I even withdrew a small amount at first — then one day my account was “under review” and the site vanished. I reported it to the FTC and pretty much gave up hope. Months later, someone who saw my complaint told me to email cyberfundsrecovery12@ gmail. Com. I was super skeptical (once bitten, twice shy), but they actually knew exactly how these scams work. It took about 3 months of paperwork, verifications, and bank back-and-forth, but I got a big chunk of my money back. Not all of it, but way more than I thought I’d ever see again. If you’ve been scammed, don’t give up — there are people who can help, but be careful who you trust.
