Impressed with the customer service received. The Vet was very helpful. Highly recommend for general concerns. My concern was for a puppy getting a control med. Vet recommendations were spot on, and much cheaper than the emergency Vet.

Needed to know which wire to run tachometer wire to. My harley service manual was very unclear and nobody else I talked too didn't know either. So I decided to try Just Answer and Shain knew exactly what I was looking for and quick as well. Will be hooking up tach today and I feel very confident that he got me the right info. Definitely worth the money!

My problem took a long time to solve, and even though my assistant was good and thorough, I still ended up sending my phone in to the manufacturer. It is what it is.

I explained about the previous techs. First one, helped as much as I thought I needed. Second, was no help at all, hanging up on me after I explained why I was NOT on a fraudulent site and had not been scammed. Then Divyansh. He is personable, listened carefully, was calm, when I was frustrated by the second tech, and quickly resolved the problem through a screen share, including explaining how to delete the app that runs the screen share for security! Divyansh is "Just" the person I needed! Thank you!

I really liked my tax expert. But the website interface left something to be desired. The content kept jumping around before I could reread her answer. Not sure why or specifically how that can be improved.

Can't wait for my new tablet, something different to try and can't wait

Site was easy to navigate. Wait time was not long. I was able to get answers from a avian veterinarian to all the questions I had. This gave me what I needed to make an informed decision on how to move forward with my hens care.
