Troubleshooting a 9-year-old KitchenAid refrigerator. Recently had a technician troubleshoot and fix refrigerator by adding coolant. 2 Days Later a lightning storm came through and I think the refrigerator was affected by lightning. Error code referred me to the control board. The technician confirmed the diagnosis and sent a link with the control board part number.
Person did not understand my problem and had no idea how to go about addressing it. I admit my problem was technical and not an easy answer. But the kind of service you were offering the technician should at least have had an idea on how to begin to address it.

Ended up calling the paper's "help number" instead, spoke to a human being and the problem (i. E., "question*) was resolved immediately and at no cost. In the end, I guess my problem is with both your service and your client's choice of how to operate an effective "help center." Good day and good luck.
